The Opportunity

KRPVT Group is seeking an accomplished and strategic
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead the Group's finance function and play a key role in shaping
financial strategy, governance, capital allocation, and sustainable growth
across its multiple business entities.





The ideal candidate will be a commercially oriented finance leader who can combine strong financial governance with strategic business thinking and work closely with the Group's leadership to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Location:

Qualification:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:
Senior finance leadership / CFO / Group CFO experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
Group finance function
across multiple companies, covering financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Drive
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and long term financial strategy
across business verticals.
- Partner with Group leadership on
business planning, profitability, investment decisions, capital allocation, and growth strategy
.
- Establish and strengthen
financial controls, governance frameworks, risk management
