Role Overview

We are looking for a Specification Manager who can drive strong relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms, while leading specification efforts and influencing project outcomes across the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms (DSP, Edifice, M Moser, Space Matrix, etc.)
- Driv
e brand approvals in BOQs / tender documents
across key projects
- Create and implement
a specification strategy
for the Mumbai market
- Ensure stron
g liaisoning and relationship management
with key stakeholders
- Develop and manag
e project pipelines and dashboards
for tracking opportunities
- Ensur
e pipeline visibility, tracking, and conversion
from specification to order
- Work closely with sales teams t
o convert BOQ approvals into closures
- Drive early-stage engagement to secur




e preferred/approved vendor positioning
- Overse
e end-to-end project lifecycle (360° exposur
e) from design to execution
- Ensure stron
g cross-functional coordination
(sales, design, execution)

Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
in specification
- Proven experience
in leading and scaling t
eams (must-have)
- Strong network with
top architecture & MEP firms in Mumbai
- Demonstrated success
in getting brands approved in
BOQs
- Robust understanding of
the commercial project ecosystem
- Leadership mindset with the ability
to drive performance, accountability, and growth
- Ability to create, track, and manage dashboards and project pipelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
