The Sr Analyst – Business Operations Insights (BOI) serves as a strategic partner to business functions by transforming business challenges into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

This role involves working on the cutting edge of data engineering and analytics, leveraging machine learning, predictive modeling, and generative AI to drive business insights. The analyst will enable informed decision-making through real-time, optimized analytics and reporting capabilities, supporting the organization's data-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on financial forecasting and business performance insights.





This role is responsible for engaging with stakeholders across Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations, Finance, and other business functions to understand business objectives, define requirements, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

The ideal candidate combines robust business acumen with analytical expertise and acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the BI development team. This includes leading discovery sessions, documenting business requirements, defining project scope, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring that reporting solutions align with business goals and enterprise data governance standards.

This role requires someone who can think beyond dashboard development and operate as a trusted business advisor, ensuring that every analytics solution delivers measurable business value.
