Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Track & Trace Consultant to support pharmaceutical serialization and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TraceLink platform implementation, regulatory compliance, and supply chain traceability within the Pharma/Life Sciences domain

Key Responsibilities
- Support Track & Trace / Serialization implementations using Optel,Uhlmann
- Configure and manage Track & Trace modules including Serialization, Aggregation, EPCIS, and Compliance reporting.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Support data exchange standards (EPCIS, GS1) and ensure data integrity.
- Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident,



change, and problem management)
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and support ticket resolution.
- Familiarity withGxP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines related to laboratory systems.
- Solid skills in documenting system processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CMOs, contract manufacture rs, and global pharma clients
- Exposure to Level 3 serialization systems (Optel,Uhlmann)
- Knowledge of other serialization tools (Tracelink,ATTP.) is a plus
