About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves active participation in all phases of product development, from conceptualization to validation, with a focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and process improvement.



The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and supplier quality to drive excellence in product delivery.

Qualifications
The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field. Proven knowledge and experience in product development processes, quality management, and risk assessment are essential. Familiarity with AI applications in engineering is highly desirable. Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical for success in this role. Prior experience in participating in design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, and validation activities will be considered an advantage.
