Role Description
The Team Lead role at TTE is a full time position based in Tada with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Team Lead will coordinate daily activities for a project or functional team, assign and monitor tasks, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. This role involves guiding and mentoring team members, facilitating communication between the team and management, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on track.
