About the Role
Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Engagement Executives to join our team.
This role is ideal for candidates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who have strong communication skills and are interested in customer interaction, career counselling, and building a career in a target-oriented environment.
The role involves connecting with prospective students and professionals, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant training programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain Biotecnika's courses, programs, and services clearly.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and professionals.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct program presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Guide prospective learners through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM tools.
- Work toward achieving individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on Biotecnika's programs and services.
Eligibility
- Freshers / candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible.
- Final-year students and candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
