Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management:

[x] Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

[x] Act as the primary point of contact for key clients,



ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

[x] Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide tailored event solutions.

[x] Regularly meet with clients to review progress and address any concerns.

2. Team Leadership:

[x] Lead, mentor, and manage the client servicing team to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.

[x] Set transparent performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

[x] Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution:

[x] Develop and implement client servicing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

[x] Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

[x] Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
