Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 58 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards, and experience in managing end-to-end finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities.




- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory filings.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Support management in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and financial reporting.
- Expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
- 58 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate finance will be an advantage.
