Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Nagpur and focuses on driving business growth for JM Financial’s retail and/or lending products and services. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a local sales team, set and monitor sales targets,



and implement sales strategies aligned with branch and regional goals. Daily responsibilities include managing client acquisition and relationship-building, conducting market outreach and partner engagement, and tracking performance metrics and pipeline activity. The role involves close coordination with branch operations, credit, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high-quality customer service, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, provide insights for improvement, and contribute to local marketing initiatives to strengthen JM Financial’s presence in the Nagpur market.
