Role Description
The Operational Credentials Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing provider and partner credentialing, including collecting, verifying, and maintaining documentation for licensed experts and operational partners. The specialist will coordinate with internal operations, compliance, and sales teams to ensure that all professionals on the platform meet regulatory, contractual,



and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include maintaining credentialing databases, tracking expirations, preparing reports, and supporting audits and onboarding processes. The role also involves communicating with external stakeholders to resolve credentialing issues promptly and supporting process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the credentialing workflow.
