Position: Sales Analyst GTM (Field & Back-end Support)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical Sales Analyst GTM who can work with large datasets, generate meaningful insights, and support the sales leadership team with data-driven decision making. The role requires strong expertise in data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, and automation of sales reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sales datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across channels and regions.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports for leadership and management review.
- Work extensively on automation of sales reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Develop data-driven reporting tools, templates, and automation systems for recurring sales reports.
- Convert complex datasets into clear insights and management presentations (Excel / PowerPoint).




- Monitor sales KPIs and KRAs of teams across the GTM structure.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems.
- Work closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Visit to field is mandatory.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Solid expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Modelling, Dashboard Creation).
- MS Access is mandatory for database management and reporting.
- Knowledge of programming languages for data handling and automation (such as SQL, Python, VBA, or similar tools).
- Experience in automation of reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
