Job Overview:

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Artarium s online sales channels, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in handling D2C and B2B e-commerce, with expertise in marketplace management, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy Growth
- Develop and implement a robust D2C B2B e-commerce strategy to boost online sales.
- Manage Artarium s website (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom platform) and optimize for better conversion rates.
- Expand brand presence across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) and B2B platforms.
- Identify recent growth opportunities, including partnerships, bulk orders, and corporate sales.

Marketplace Website Management
- Handle end-to-end product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization.
- Ensure smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.




- Optimize customer experience with UX/UI improvements and streamlined checkout processes.
- Monitor product performance, reviews, and customer feedback to drive improvements.

Digital Marketing Performance Analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic via SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
- Track key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rates, ROAS, AOV, customer retention, etc.) and implement data-driven strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

B2B Expansion Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Leverage B2B platforms like IndiaMART, Udaan, TradeIndia to expand wholesale business.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk order partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably handling both D2C B2B brands.
