What You’ll Do
- Design, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for web and desktop applications
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing




- Identify integration defects and collaborate with developers to resolve cross-system issues efficiently
- Ensure software meets business, technical, and compliance requirements
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using JIRA or similar tools
- Perform root cause analysis, collaborate with developers on fixes, and suggest preventive improvements
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across integrated workflows
- Verify security controls and assist in vulnerability testing initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and traceability matrices to support audit readiness
- Communicate release readiness to product and development stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and security teams in an Agile environment
- Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
- Gradually expand into test automation using TestComplete, including support for
