We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and creative professional to strengthen our CRM, Inside Sales, and Digital Marketing functions.

Position Overview

The CRM Cum Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating business leads through digital platforms, handling inside sales activities, supporting quotation follow-ups, and executing online marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and business growth.

This role combines Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inside Sales, and Digital Marketing responsibilities and requires robust communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer databases in CRM software.




- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Purchase departments for customer requirements.
- Prepare customer status reports and sales pipeline updates.

Inside Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads from online sources, industrial portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business development team.
- Support achievement of monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and publish marketing conte
