Role Description
The Assistant Manager role at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations by coordinating production activities, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track performance metrics, optimize resource utilization, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.



The Assistant Manager will assist in people management tasks such as scheduling, training support, and performance follow-up, while contributing to process improvements and reporting to senior management on key operational outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong operational management and coordination skills, with the ability to oversee daily activities and meet production or service targets.
- Skills in planning, organizing, and problem-solving to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and address operational challenges.
- People management and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, support training, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with data tracking, basic Excel or similar tools, and presenting insights to management.
- Understanding of ethical practices, compliance, and sustainability principle
