About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, achieve revenue targets, manage client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience with excellent team-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, references, channel partners, and networking.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and closing ratios..
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams for smooth sales operations.




- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new projects.
- Ensure timely follow-up for bookings, documentation, and payment collections.
- Drive business through strong networking and channel-partner relationships.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
