Job Purpose
The Lead - Electrical drives the design, integration,



and validation of turbine electrical systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. The role focuses on SCADA integration, subsystem validation, thermal management, and power quality optimization, addressing compatibility challenges and ensuring effective load distribution. It leads the testing and maintenance of critical components like converters, transformers, and generators to align with performance goals. The role supports field operations, conducts root cause analyses for subsystem failures, and implements corrective actions to improve reliability. Additionally, it collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine designs and ensure manufacturability, contributing to long-term operational efficiency.
