- Drive in-store sales by actively promoting women’s innerwear products and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
- Customer Engagement & Product Guidance – Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on size, comfort, fit, style, and usage.
- Product Knowledge – Maintain strong knowledge of product features, fabrics, sizes, designs, pricing, offers, and new launches.
- Customer Relationship Building – Create a friendly and qualified shopping experience while maintaining customer privacy and comfort.
- Sales Conversion & Upselling – Identify customer requirements and confidently suggest relevant products, combinations, and premium options to increase sales.
- Stock & Store Coordination – Monitor inventory, identify fast-moving and slow-moving products, and coordinate with store staff for timely replenishment.
- Daily Sales Reporting – Track sales performance, customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends, and share regular reports with the sales/brand team.
