Carpet Planet is growing, and we’re looking for Sales Executives to join our team at our office/store in Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

If you’re confident speaking with customers, good at follow-ups, and genuinely enjoy sales, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be responsible for?

• Handling customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable carpets• Following up with potential customers and converting enquiries into sales• Maintaining regular follow-ups with leads until closure• Coordinating with the store and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience• Updating customer and sales information in our CRM• Achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs

What are we looking for?





✅ 1–3 years of experience in sales✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills✅ Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp✅ Good follow-up and negotiation skills✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated✅ Basic computer/CRM knowledge✅ Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales

Experience in carpets, rugs, flooring, furniture, interiors, home décor or a similar industry will be a strong advantage.

? This is an in office role. The candidate must be able to work from our office/store in Malviya Nagar, Delhi.
