Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing daily reconciliations and validating transactional accuracy.
- Support investigation of basic accounting variances and discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports and logs related to financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and controls.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve exceptions or errors.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for assigned processes.
Skills And Abilities
- Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting is mandatory
