Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in laundry services if required.
- Deliver excellent guest service and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
