About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our Business Development team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the US market. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career sales professional who enjoys researching companies, connecting with senior decision-makers, and building sales opportunities through a combination of calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
The ISR will play a critical role in creating qualified sales opportunities and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and other market intelligence tools.
- Build prospect lists by identifying Directors, Vice Presidents, CXOs, and other senior business and technology leaders.
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and personalized email campaigns.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, technology landscape, and transformation initiatives.
- Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales leadership team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and nurturing new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities within the CRM.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams on outreach campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Continuously refine messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting techniques to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to improve prospect conversations.
