Employment Type: Full-TimeGenerate new leads for Vedic Manas Yoga franchise opportunities through calling, networking, references, field visits, digital leads and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners, education entrepreneurs, school owners, coaching institute owners and other relevant business prospects.
- Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings with prospective partners.
- Understand the prospect's business background, investment capacity and requirements and explain the franchise model accordingly.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — lead generation → qualification → presentation → follow-up → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective franchise partners until closure.
We are looking for a hard-core sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, generating leads and closing deals.
The person will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, educational institutions, entrepreneurs and business owners, presenting the Vedic Manas Yoga franchise chance, handling negotiations and converting prospects into franchise partners.
This is a target-oriented sales role, and the candidate should be comfortable with field visits, calling, meetings, follow-ups, negotiations and achieving monthly sales targets.
