What Youll Do

This is a full-time In-Office role for a Performance Digital Marketer in E-commerce located in Gurgaon. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for running ads for the brand's products & increasing online sales of the brand. The Digital Marketer will work with the creative team to create visually appealing ad creatives that align with the brand's vision and mission
- Lead paid marketing efforts across Meta (Sales campaign on Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping Campaign), and other platforms.
- Should have knowledge of video editing of Ads, creative making
- Optimize campaign performance using key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC
- Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance
- Explore and experiment with performance-led influencer marketing, affiliates




- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Finding cutting-edge products for the brand

Requirements
- Must have: B.tech degree from Tier 1/2 Institute/ Marketing degree/ Similar professional degree from Tier 1/2 University.
- Prior Experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Problem Solving, Decision making, Communication skills are required
- Are confident running ROI-positive paid campaigns and scaling them profitably.
- Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Combine analytical thinking with creative instincts.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and love taking full ownership of your work.
