Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients Manage day-to-day client communication via phone, email, and internal systems Build strong skilled relationships and ensure consistent client engagement Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams accordingly Service Coordination & Operations Track client requests and ensure timely resolution Coordinate between internal departments to support service delivery Follow up on open items and ensure commitments are met Maintain clear communication on timelines and updates Account Support & Documentation Maintain accurate client records and service documentation Update internal systems with client interactions and service details Support onboarding of new clients and handholding during initial stages Ensure all client-related information is organized and up to date Client Experience & Satisfaction Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve service quality and client experience Proactively address concerns and escalate issues when required Support retention efforts by maintaining strong ongoing relationships Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in client service, customer support, account management, or related roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Good organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency with office tools, email, and client management systems Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of client relationships
