Digital Marketing Engineer
About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Engineer with strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, paid advertising, automation, and AI-driven marketing. The ideal candidate should combine digital marketing knowledge with a technical and data-driven mindset to drive acquisition, conversion, and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and ChatGPT Ads.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, audiences, creatives, and conversion tracking.
- Track and optimize CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CVR, and LTV/CAC.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.

SEO & Organic Growth
- Handle technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, search-intent, and content-gap research.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and conversions.
- Work with content and engineering teams on SEO improvements.

Analytics & Reporting
- Manage GA4, GTM,



Google Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Analyze the complete funnel from impression lead qualified lead customer.
- Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, ROI, attribution, and conversion.

Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive high-quality lead generation and optimize acquisition channels.
- Analyze MQL SQL Prospect Customer conversion.
- Work with Sales/Business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Marketing Automation & AI
- Build/optimize workflows for lead routing, reporting, alerts, data sync, and campaign monitoring.
- Work with n8n, Zapier, Make, CRM integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Leverage ChatGPT, ChatGPT Ads, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and AI-powered marketing tools for research, content, analysis, automation
