We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and client hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with IT Services or Product-based companies.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
