Collated Ventures is building a portfolio of premium retail and mixed-use destinations, positioned around design-led experience, curated retail and F&B; mix, and a distinct sense of place. This role owns marketing and communications for the district portfolio end-to-end from brand positioning and go-to-market strategy through to launch campaigns, PR, and on-ground activations. The ideal candidate has built brands in commercial or high-street retail districts, understands the language of fashion and design, and is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing a launch on the ground. This is a portfolio-defining role that will shape how Collated’s retail projects are seen and experienced by tenants, brand partners, and consumers alike.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Positioning & Marketing Strategy

•
Define and own brand positioning for each retail project, ensuring a distinct identity that reflects its location, target catchment, and tenant mix.

•
Develop annual and project-level marketing strategies aligned to leasing timelines, footfall objectives, and tenant/brand partner expectations.





•
Build and maintain brand guidelines for each retail asset, and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints: signage, collateral, digital, and tenant communication.

Track retail, fashion, and lifestyle trends to keep positioning and campaigns current and competitive within the commercial district landscape.

Launches & Activations

•
Plan and execute go-to-market and launch campaigns for current retail and commercial projects within the district and phases, from pre-launch anticipation-building through to opening.

•
Conceptualise and deliver experiential marketing, activations, pop-ups, and seasonal events that drive footfall and tenant visibility.

•
Coordinate closely with Leasing and Design teams to align activation calendars with tenant fitouts, occupancy milestones, and precinct programming.
