About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience handling government-funded defence innovation programs, particularly Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) and Acing Development of Creative Technologies with iDEX (ADITI) projects, including grant accounting, utilization reporting, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.




- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, payment records, and reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
- Track project-wise expenses and maintain proper accounting records for government-funded projects.
- Prepare utilization certificates, fund utilization statements, and supporting documentation for iDEX and ADITI projects.
- Ensure compliance with grant conditions, reporting requirements, and financial guidelines under defence innovation programs.
- Generate MIS reports and financial analyses for management review.
