The Service Advisor is responsible for handling customers throughout the vehicle service process, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for timely completion of jobs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Prepare and explain service estimates, invoices, and additional repair requirements.
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional work.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer and company standards.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Explain completed work and service details to customers during vehicle delivery.





Skills & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or automobile workshop is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle systems, servicing, and basic diagnostics.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use service/workshop software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Freshers: Candidates with relevant automobile qualifications and good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
