We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive – Campus Hiring to manage and execute campus recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating with colleges, Placement Heads, TPOs, and students and should be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges and universities.
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, Placement Heads, and TPOs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement departments.
- Coordinate with colleges for recruitment drives, student registrations, presentations, and interviews.
- Share company profiles, recruitment presentations, JDs, eligibility criteria, and other hiring information with colleges.
- Manage student communication and candidate registration throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate aptitude/technical assessments, interviews, shortlisting, and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate databases of colleges, placement contacts, candidates, and recruitment activities.




- Track hiring targets, candidate participation, interview status, and final selections.
- Conduct follow-ups with colleges and candidates to ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle queries from Placement Heads, TPOs, students, and candidates professionally.
- Support the HR team in achieving high-volume campus hiring targets.

Required Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment.
- Previous hands-on experience in campus hiring is strongly preferred.
- Experience dealing with colleges, universities, TPOs, and Placement Heads.
- Experience in bulk or volume recruitment will be an advantage.
