Java Tech Lead Back-End & Agentic AI.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead Back-End & Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable backend platforms while driving the adoption of Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, and AI-powered engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise backend architecture, combined with practical experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM applications, RAG solutions, tool-calling workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, write production-quality code,



mentor engineers, perform technical reviews, and work closely with product, architecture, DevOps, data, and AI teams.

Experience with any Agentic AI tool/framework is acceptable, provided the candidate has meaningful hands-on implementation experience.
