Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Tech Lead to design, build, and scale modern airport digital platforms. The role involves leading end-to-end product development, architecting scalable enterprise applications, and integrating AI capabilities such as chatbots, personalization, and intelligent automation into production systems.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 17+
- Proven expertise in React or Angular with TypeScript for modern frontend development.
- Robust experience designing Microservices, REST APIs, BFF architecture, and event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, API Security (OAuth2/JWT),



and scalable backend architecture.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI).
- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or LLM services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) into production applications.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering, AI UX patterns, streaming responses, and AI performance optimization.
- Build and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications from prototype to production.
- Lead architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineering teams, and drive engineering best practices.
- Experience working on Airport Systems, Airline Platforms, Travel-Tech, Passenger Service Systems, Cargo, Ground Operations, Check-in, Boarding, Baggage, or other high-traffic mission-critical enterprise applications is preferred.
