About the Role

Arcedior is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives focused on brand building, digital presence, lead generation, content, and business growth. The ideal candidate should understand the furniture, interior design, architecture, hospitality, or luxury/design industry and be able to convert marketing activities into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute Arcedior's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.

· Build Arcedior's brand presence across digital, social media, website, email, exhibitions, and industry events.

· Generate qualified B2B leads from architects, interior designers, hospitality companies, developers, and procurement teams.

· Plan and manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email, and other digital marketing campaigns.

· Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, blogs, case studies, projects, and product communication.





· Work closely with the BDM, Projects, Sourcing, and Management teams to support business development.

· Manage external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors.

· Plan and execute exhibitions, events, client engagement activities, and brand activations.

· Track marketing performance, leads, campaign ROI, and other key KPIs and present monthly reports to management.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing and business opportunities.

Requirements

· 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in furniture, interiors, architecture, hospitality, luxury, or B2B businesses.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content, lead generation, and social media.

· Experience in managing marketing campaigns and external agencies.

· Strong communication, analytical, creative, and execution skills.
