Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP – PPM Lead with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle PPM implementations/support, functional consulting, business process analysis, integrations, reporting, security, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 Oracle PPM Cloud implementation/support projects.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle ERP/Finance modules, with a primary focus on:
- Project Costing
- Project Contracts
- Project Billing
- Project Control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle and resolve critical functional issues and escalations with Oracle Support and customers.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools, including:
- FSM (Functional Setup Manager)
- Rapid Implementation Templates
- ADFdi




- Experience in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and Level 1–3 Finance business processes.
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and developing OTBI Reports & Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Oracle PPM Cloud integrations and data migration/loading tools, including:
- Data Loaders
- Spreadsheet Data Loader
- Other PPM Cloud data-loading utilities
- Experience with PPM Cloud Security and Workflows.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle PPM/Finance certification is preferred.
- Prior experience with Oracle EBS is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a strong functional consultant who can independently analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, design solutions, troubleshoot complex PPM issues, and effectively communicate with both business stakeholders and Oracle Support teams.
