Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control and Project Foundation.
- Own solution architecture and configuration decisions for the PPM workstream.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants; review deliverables and configurations.
- Manage requirement workshops with senior stakeholders and drive fit-gap analysis.
- Oversee integrations between PPM and GL, AP, AR, Procurement and third-party systems.
- Govern testing cycles, cutover and hypercare, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.

Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience with at least one lead role.
- Deep expertise across Project Costing, Billing, Control and Contracts.
- Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition and burdening.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing full-lifecycle implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and solution-design skills.

Valuable to Have
- Oracle Cloud PPM certification.
- Exposure to Grants Management or Capital Projects.
