About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working with people and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and HR documents.




- Communicate with candidates and employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements
- Recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
