We are looking for an experienced AM- Service Manager – Branch Operations to manage branch operations, policy servicing, renewals, customer support, and stakeholder coordination for a Life Insurance branch.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth branch functioning Handle policy servicing, renewals, issuance tracking & customer queries Coordinate with sales teams, bank partners, and internal stakeholders Manage MIS, audits, compliance, documentation & branch administration Support agent onboarding, licensing processes, and operational activities
Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Branch Operations / Policy Servicing / Renewals Experience in Banca/Agency operations preferred Solid stakeholder management and customer handling skills Candidates with experience in renewal management with operational exposure are preferred
