Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst with strong market understanding and analytical capabilities. The candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of stocks, sectors, derivatives and market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive investment decisions. The role also involves preparing research reports, creating content for investors, and engaging in client-facing communication.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on stocks, sectors, F&O;, and market trends.
- Analyses financial statements, balance sheets, sector data,



market information, and economic indicators.
- Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis using industry-standard methods.
- Create and publish research reports, market insights, and investment recommendations.
- Prepare presentations, daily/weekly outlook reports, and investment cases.
- Stay updated with industry developments, global markets, and new research methodologies.
- Collaborate with the in-house research and advisory team on strategy building.
- Be comfortable in making educational videos, daily market insights, and hosting webinars for clients.
- Work with algo strategy builders & third-party algo vendors, and provide inputs for strategy development & back-testing.
- Track derivatives data (OI, PCR, rollovers, IV) and use it in market interpretation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, MBA, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in equity
