Job Summary

We are seeking experienced AR Calling professionals with expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), particularly in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Psychiatry billing. The incumbent will be responsible for handling outstanding Accounts Receivable, interacting with US insurance payers, resolving claim issues, and maximizing reimbursements while ensuring adherence to client-specific processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable through outbound calls and account research.
- Contact US insurance companies to obtain claim status and resolve claim-related issues.
- Utilize payer portals, billing systems, and available tools to progress accounts toward resolution.
- Identify and resolve denials, underpayments, claim rejections, and reimbursement delays.
- Process appeals, corrected claims, adjustments, and patient transfers as applicable.




- Update billing systems accurately with call outcomes and account actions.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify recurring trends related to denials, billing issues, credentialing gaps, and claim submission errors.
- Escalate unresolved issues and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Meet and exceed productivity, quality, and service level agreement (SLA) targets.
- Incorporate feedback received from Team Leaders and Quality Auditors to improve performance.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Provider-side AR Calling.
- Experience in Skilled Billing (PB) and/or Hospital Billing (HB).
- Prior exposure to Behavioral Health, Mental Health, or Psychiatry billing is highly preferred.
- Experience handling US insurance payers and claim follow-up activities.

- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
