The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing solar power systems for commercial projects.

Requirements
- A proven track record of 10+ years working exclusively in solar energy engineering, project management, and system design
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Solar Power applications, with practical understanding of current technologies and market trends.
- Hands-on experience with Solar Systems, including system sizing, component selection, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in PV Design and related software tools for array configuration, shading analysis, and energy yield estimation.
- Understanding of system components including central and string inverters, single and dual-axis tracker systems, mounting structures, and advanced module technologies (e.g., Bifacial, TOPCon, HJT).




- Competence in Electrical Design, including single-line diagrams, cable sizing, protection coordination, and adherence to relevant standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, with robust attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams on-site.
- Experience in project execution, basic project management, and field coordination for solar installations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes, grid-interconnection requirements, and quality assurance practices is beneficial.
- Expertise in the complete design of utility-scale, Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), and rooftop Solar PV systems.
- Proficient in solar design and simulation software.
