Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence for stressed and distressed assets.

Review loan, security, title, and litigation documents.

Support matters related to IBC, SARFAESI, DRT, and NCLT proceedings.

Coordinate with ARCs, Resolution Professionals, legal advisors, and valuers.

Assist in preparation of Resolution Plans, transaction documents, and legal summaries.

Contribute to valuation, recoverability assessment, and transaction evaluation.

Track legal risks, enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience
LLB / Integrated Law Degree from a recognized institution.

2–5 years of experience in ARCs, NBFCs, insolvency, restructuring, or distressed assets.

Solid understanding of IBC, SARFAESI, security enforcement, and restructuring frameworks.

Exposure to distressed real estate or large-ticket asset transactions preferred.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
