Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the overall Human Resources function of the organization. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or FMCG industry.

The role requires a senior HR professional with strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and advantages, statutory compliance, and HR transformation. The candidate will work closely with senior management to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior management and department heads on organizational and people-related matters.




- Lead the overall HR function and provide direction to the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and HR operations.
- Develop long-term workforce strategies, manpower plans, succession plans, and talent pipelines aligned with business expansion.
- Lead senior-level and critical talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, sales, operations, manufacturing, and support functions.
- Establish effective talent management and retention strategies for key and high-performing employees.
- Drive organizational restructuring, workforce optimization, change management, and HR transformation initiatives when required.
- Establish and oversee a robust performance management framework, including KPIs, KRAs, goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
