Position: Night Coordinator – Hospital Administration

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and organized Night Coordinator to oversee and support the hospital's administrative operations during the night shift. The candidate will act as the primary administrative authority after hours, responsible for managing night-time admissions, coordinating emergency health insurance and Ayushman Bharat processes, ensuring smooth operational workflow, and facilitating seamless communication between on-duty doctors, nursing staff, patients, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall hospital administration, facility management, and operational workflow during night hours.
- Manage emergency admissions and coordinate preliminary Ayushman Bharat, government scheme, and health insurance documentation for night-time patients.
- Act as the primary administrative link between night-duty doctors, nursing teams, support staff, and hospital management.
- Coordinate with emergency TPAs,



insurance companies, and billing teams for urgent claim-related requirements and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements during the night shift.
- Handle patient and relative queries, proactively resolving any grievances, disputes, or operational bottlenecks that arise after regular hours.
- Maintain accurate night shift records, incident reports, and ward census documentation to ensure a seamless and comprehensive handover to the morning administration team.
- Monitor nighttime security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
- Support clinical staff during medical emergencies by expediting necessary administrative approvals, resources, and departmental coordination.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration
