Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Associate with 6 to 12 months of experience to support our outreach, corporate partnership generation, and business growth. In this role,
you will work closely with the Founding Team and senior leads to identify new leads, engage key corporate stakeholders, and contribute to driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Outreach: Map, prospect, and connect with corporate decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Founders) across target industries.
- Client Engagement Support: Pitch HappiMynd's solutions, coordinate follow-ups, and support senior leadership in client meetings and proposals.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain lead trackers, keep CRM data updated, and analyze outreach efficiency.
