Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for leadership and niche hiring mandates.
- Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and talent intelligence studies.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a robust network of senior professionals across industries.
- Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates for leadership and strategic roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements.
- Present candidate shortlists and provide market insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Strategic Talent Acquisition.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray Search, and Boolean Search techniques.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in market mapping and talent intelligence projects.
