Short Job Description

We are looking for experienced Subcontract / Category Buyers with 5-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. The candidate should have robust expertise in procurement, sourcing, subcontracting, vendor management, and techno-commercial evaluations for engineering and project procurement requirements.

The role involves handling procurement activities for categories such as Instrumentation & Control Systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA), Valves, Piping, Mechanical Equipment, HVAC, Non-Process Packages, Specialty Packages, and Offshore Project Materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and subcontracting activities.
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate commercial and technical bids.
- Conduct techno-commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
- Develop and manage supplier/vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, and Expediting teams.




- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/packages.
- Support cost optimization and procurement strategy initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
