Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Retoucher with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have experience in photo retouching, image manipulation, colour correction, and compositing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality photo and image retouching for various projects.
- Clean up images by removing unwanted objects, blemishes, and imperfections.
- Perform skin retouching, colour correction, tone adjustments, and image enhancement.
- Work on background removal, replacement, and image compositing.
- Maintain consistency in colour, lighting, texture, and overall image quality.
- Follow creative briefs and project guidelines while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, photographers, and the production team.
- Ensure all final outputs meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Required Skills




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant image-editing software.
- Good understanding of colour correction, lighting, shadows, and image composition.
- Robust attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of masking, selections, layers, blending, and advanced retouching techniques.
- Ability to match references and maintain consistency across multiple images.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred
- Experience in product, fashion, beauty, advertising, architectural, or CGI retouching.
- Knowledge of 3D renders and post-production workflows will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing retouching and post-production work is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
