About SKCCR Care

SKCCR Care is a homeopathy clinic with over 46 years of experience, located in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. We specialise in treating patients with cancer, PCOD, thyroid disorders, and other chronic conditions. Our front desk is the first and last point of contact for every patient — many of whom are going through a difficult and emotional time. We are looking for someone who is calm, compassionate, organised, and dependable.

Role Overview

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage the day-to-day front desk operations — patient reception, appointment coordination, registration, billing, payments, cash handling, and documentation. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role that requires accuracy and the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks during busy periods. Full training will be provided on our clinic software and internal processes.

What You Will Handle
- Welcome patients, confirm appointments, and manage walk-ins
- Register new patients,



collect ID copies, create patient records, and issue OP numbers
- Manage patient tokens and queues, and keep patients informed about wait times
- Generate invoices for consultations and medicines, and collect payments via cash, UPI, or card
- Verify digital payments before marking a bill as paid
- Maintain accurate records in both the billing system and manual receipt book
- Count and reconcile daily cash against system records and report any discrepancies
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right person
- Maintain an organised, welcoming reception and waiting area
- Handle all patient, medical, and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality

What We Are Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in reception, front office, billing, or customer service — healthcare experience is an advantage but not required
